I'm trying to setup the HyperLynx with SN74LVC1G66 IBIS Model, and the HyperLynx showed pins 1 & 2 as "INPUT" only, while the datasheet showed pins 1 & 2 are I/O. Theoretically, I can select Input/Output when select I/O buffer direction in HyperLynx, but I can't.

I take a look into the IBIS Model, it didn't have Rising/Falling Waveform.

Can you please help?

Hi Long,

The model describes the control inputs. The I/O channels are passive switches, i.e., they cannot be modeled as buffers. Basically, the IBIS model does not have a defined output pin as it's just a passive switch, so the switch channels are neither inputs or outputs. Typically we model these as the series switch type.

We don't use HyperLynx ourselves, but hopefully this thread can shine some light on any other issues you may be seeing.
