TMUX6234: Need a part similar to the mentioned part with high continues source and drain current

I need a part which is working in 5V supply with above 500 mA source and sink current

It should be in 40 degree Celsius

Reference part number- TMUX6234PWR- With 500 continues current

Please suggest as soon as possible

500 mA sounds like a power supply, for which you should use a load switch like the TPS22919.

No sir, I need a multiplexer which can carry a signal with 24 V, supply also can be 24V but I need continuous current of more than 500mA

Hello Aswin,

Our highest current passing mux is the TMUX6201.

Please see continues current information below.

The WQFN package is your best option, but at 5V it won't be able to pass 500mA at 40C.

I suggest adding resistors on the device input side to mitigate the current lower enough, so the device will be able to pass it.

For 24 V, you need a high-side switch like the TPS2H160-Q1. It must be supplied with 24 V, but the control signals can be as low as 3.3 V.

(Power muxes like the TPS2121 do not support 24 V.)
