TS3A5223: Do we have 2CH SPDT MUX that has level shifter function?

Hi Team,

Customer is planning to use TS3A5223 as a 2CH SPDT MUX for UART.

But since one of the UART is 3.3V, another one is 1.8V, customer is wondering if Ti has SPDT MUX that has integrated level shifter function?

Otherwise, an additional LSF0102 or TXS0102 level shifter is needed. Thanks.

SN74CBTDxxx switches have level shifting, but only between 5 V and 3.3 V, and they are 1:1 switches.

What is the third voltage (that of the switch control signals)?

Hi Clemens,

Switch control voltage is 3.3V. Customer decided to use TS3A5223 + level shifter solution.

Only one branch needs a level shifter, so the TXU0202 would be the simplest solution.
