TMUX1511: p2p with 74CBTLV3126BQ,115

The TMUX1511RSVR and TS3A4751RUCR use entirely different packages.

The SN74CBTLV3126‍RGYR uses a somewhat different package. RGY will not fit on a SOT762-1 footprint, but for a new board, it might be possible to create a footprint that matches both.

We don't really have a p2p replacement for the 74CBTLV3126BQ,115. The closest OPN we have is the SN74CBTLV3126RGYR. 

While the pinout does match, the pitch is different.
