Tool/software:

I plan to use this device to switch some RS422 signals, how will the On resistance affect line termination and what should I do for best signal integrity.
Lines will be short (~ 1-2 m) and baud rates relatively low (~ 19 kbps)

    In your application, the effect on the termination will be negligible.

    But 59 Ω is quite a lot; when switching both lines, the voltage drop over the switches is larger than that over the termination resistor, so you will lose much of the noise margin. Consider the SN74LV4052A-Q1 instead.
