I am Likith Sai from Schneider Electric, Hyderabad, India.
Currently we are using QS34X245Q3G8 IC in our designs, now we are looking for FFF alternate.
Can you please suggest an alternate which is FFF or better specifications.

Hello Likith,
So looking at these device datasheets they both share the same specs like Vih=2V, ViL=0.8V, and typical Ron=5 ohm.
The main difference between these devices is the fact that the Renesas device is designed for level shifting while the TI device is not.
However adding a diode in series and external resistor connected to the supply can allow for the CBT device to be used as a proper voltage translator.
