CD4052B: Questions about audio signal switching malfunction (CD4052)

Tool/software:

I want to use I2S to generate audio through PCM5102 and switch 4 channels using CD4052.
However, malfunction is observed as below.

Problem
1. Audio output is also weak for the rest of the channel that is not selected
2. When testing the channel that is not selected through DMM, the symptoms of weak shorting occur

Inquiry
1. I wonder if there is a problem with the circuit. (I changed the VDD to 3.3V, but the same symptoms occur.)
2. Whether CD4052B is not fit for my purpose

CD4000 devices are optimized for high voltages. The CD405x has very high on-resistances, and for 3.3 V, there are not even any specified values.

And the PCM5102 outputs negative voltages. Most switches cannot handle voltages beyond their supply rails.

Use the CD74HC4052, and connect a negative supply to V_EE. (You might be able to take it from VNEG.)

Is VNEG correct to refer to the pin of PCM5102?
(PCM5102 [VNEG] -(Connect)- CD74HC4052[VEE]
