Hello Usman,

I believe these are not the correct parts and it is interesting that you received the wrong reel/incorrect devices.- Based of the internal information and the datasheet these would be the correct top side markings

Is it possible for you to reach out to the customer support center at TI and they might be more help in figuring why you received the wrong devices from TI
