MPC506Aを使った製品をデザインしています。
(1) 電気的特性として、デジタル入力特性
VAH、入力高閾値は4.0V(MIN)ですが、VAH=3.5Vで使用可能
ですか?
(2)SN74ALS245A B1-B5をMPC506A A0-A3,ENに接続しようと考えています。この場合、SN74ALS245AとMPC506Aの間の+5.0V電源に1kΩのプルアップ抵抗を挿入すると、MPC506Aを制御できますか?

    1. The threshold specifies the lowest allowed voltage. With a threshold of 4.0 V, a 3.5 V signal is not allowed.

    2. A pull-up would be able to shift the signals high enough. (But why are you using an old TTL device? A device like the SN74AHCT245 would output 5 V signals.)
