Tool/software:
We are using CD4052B in an automotive LIN circuit. While most of the time it works fine, we found that some were damaged. The voltage should not exceed 15V under normal operating conditions. We suspect the damages were caused by surges in the circuit. Is there an alternative with better ratings, preferably pin-to-pin replacement, for CD4052?
