Does anyone have radiation test reports for the subject part?  TID, SEE test reports. thanks in advance.

    Hi Juan,

    The SN74LVC2G66-Q1 isn't radiation tested. It's an automotive qualified part not a space qualified so it doesn't go through the same test flows and wouldn't be recommended for space applications.
    Currently the TMUX582F-SEP is our only released space mux option.
