Can I use two TMUX1574 back-to-back to switch between two Sources (Xilinx POD & Boundary Scan) and switch to Two Destinations as shown below?

Hello Victor,

Yes, there is no issue implementing the muxes in such way. Important to note, it will increase the Ron and On leakage linearly.
