Hi Team,

I want to double check with you, COM1 pin and COM2 pin connect to NO1 and NO2 in the initial state(NO VCC, NO VIN), right?

    The minimum recommended supply voltage is 2.3 V. When VCC is below that, then the device is not guaranteed to work correctly.

    When the device is powered, the IN pins must have a valid logic voltage; you must not allow them to float.

    When the device is not powered, the absolute maximum ratings forbid you from trying to apply a voltage to the I/O pins.

    TI does not make any switch has has an active connection while unpowered.
