TS5A22364: Depletion Mode Analog Switch

Hey all,

I'm looking at the FSA515 (www.onsemi.com/.../fsa515) from onsemi for use as a replacement for an electro-mechanical relay.

Does anyone know if TI has anything comparable? It has to be a depletion mode analog audio switches that can swing down to -5V. The FSA515 swings down to -3V.

    Hi Zachary,

    Unfortunately we don't currently have any depletion mode switches.
    Just for our internal purposes as we see more interest in these can you give me any more details about what the project or end equipment the switch would go into would be?
