Does TI have 16CH bus swtich and can support 1600MT/s?

May use in NAND flash application.

    Hi Jeff,

    SN74CB3Q16245 likely could work depending on a few factors.
    What voltage range are you working with. NAND, I'm assuming it's low voltage, <5V.
    Additionally, is 1600MT/s to be shared across all 16channels? So then the actual frequency of the 16 signals would be about 100MHz? (16channels x 100MHz = 1600MT/s)
