SN74LV4066A: There are instances of abnormal waveforms in a circuit using the SN74LV4066A

It appears there is something wrong with the biasing. The SN74LV4066A's internal clamping diodes affect the signal only for voltages outside the supply rails. Please show the actual schematic. What is the signal source? Are there any other components connected to that line?

The circuit is exactly as shown in the attached schematic.
The signal source is a sine wave with a peak of 3.3V.
There are no other components connected to that line.

I suspect the issue comes from the signal source (component V1).

Your Voff is set to 0 and the amplitude is 2V. Meaning you are sending a sine wave with swings from +2V to -2V, which exceeds the operation conditions of the device. I suggest setting Voff to +2V and check if it solves the issue.
