TS3L501ERUAR I am using this part number device as the ethernet switch over circuit. can you please suggest the part number for analog and pwm switch over circuit of same model. but the voltage of analog digital and PWM pins is 24V.

I need the analog switch of 24V for the switch over cicuit.

A 11-channel SPDT analog switch or 22-bit to 11-bit multiplexer or de multiplexer LAN switch with a single select (SEL) input and Power Down Mode input.The device is need to support this and its frequency is 600MHz. TS3L501ERUAR I am using this part number device for Ethernet Signals. This device i cant use for the analog and PWM because the voltage of the analog signals is 24V. so, can you please suggest the Part number

There is no LAN switch for 24 V signals.

Are the ethernet signals and 24 V signals separate channels? Or do you want to switch both to the same connector?

I dont want for the ethernet signals. I want for the Analog and digital signals.

I have 19 Analog Signals. I want analog switch type ic with 11 or 8 channels of 24V. Only analog signals will switch to same connector

Hello Ajay,

After looking at our portfolio, I can recommend the TMUX4053. It can pass signals up to 24V with a bandwidth of 600MHz. It is a 3-channel 2:1 mux, so this will be a multichip solution. Also, it doesn't have power down mode input.

Our power down mode input muxes with a bandwidth of 600MHz do not go up to 24V.

Is the power down mode feature crucial to your application?

No, power down mode feature is not crucial in my application. But i have 19 analog pins how i can connect with the 3 channel 2:1 mux. If i use this part number TMUX4053, it will increases the number of devices on the board and it occupies more space. So, I am requesting to u suggest the 2:1 Mux with 8 or 11-channel SPDT analog switch or 22-bit to 11-bit multiplexer or de multiplexer with a singal select pin. But it should support the 24V.

Hello Ajay,

We don't have a single mux solution for your request our best recommendation is multi chip solution with the TMUX4053. Four of them should meet your use case. The TMUX4053 comes in a small BQB package, please see package dimensions below:

4-channels is our highest channel count multiplexers that can support 24V. But none of them can support a frequency of 600MHz.

How many channels? For switching high-voltage power lines, you'd usually use a high-side switch like the TPS1H000-Q1.

Sorry, for analog signals that can also go near ground, those power switches are not suitable.

For 150 mA, you need a switch with a low on-resistance. The 24 V switch with the lowest on-resistance is the TMUX6201/TMUX6202, and even then you have a voltage drop of about 0.25 V. You'd have to build your SPDT switch with multiple devices.
