SN74CBTLV3245A: Using Application Questions about SN74CBTLV3245A

Part Number: SN74CBTLV3245A

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Please help confirm a few questions. Please help confirm whether the following two scenarios of the current chip can be realized

1. Does the IC support B in and A out. OE is low to open.

2. The IC supports A in and B out, OE is low to open.

3. Does the IC not support the A end to have input and output signals at the same time or the B end to have input and output signals at the same time?

4. According to the specification, the IO pins of this chip have Schmitt-trigger function. Please help confirm whether it is currently supported.

Thanks a lot for your time and effort.

Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,

Matt.

  • This device is a passive, analog switch. The switch is closed when /OE is low; a closed switch behaves like a 5 Ω resistor and is bidirectional.

The datasheet does not mention Schmitt triggers, and for an analog switch, this would not make sense.
