TMUX1104: Can this 1:4 Mux be used for analog signals (ADC signal)?

Yes, the mux will act as effectively a resistor with some loading capacitance. So it will work as long as you keep the voltage within the recommended operating range; which is between 0V up to your supply voltage which can be up to 5.5V.
