I have attached a screenshot of TMUX1574 can it work when both SPI and SWD signal in same channel for switching.

can I switch CLK signal of SPI protocol with S1A and other S1B connected with SWD protocol Data signal.

Yes; all four channels are independent.

When I connected the programmer through the programming chip, it didn't show any errors. However, when I connected the TMUX1574 between the programmer and the programming chip, the programmer showed a blank check failure. What does this error mean? If the TMUX1574 is connected in between, it shows an error. Could this be due to signal loss, and what should I do to fix it?

What are the supply voltages of the TMUX1574? What are the voltages and frequencies of the SWD signals? Can you show oscilloscope traces of the signal before and after the switch?

The text in the first image is not readable, and the waveforms appear to be different. Please ensure that the horizontal scale, vertical scale, and sample rate are the same in both measurements.
