Tool/software:

I need an IC that can accept an input range of 6V to 48V and provide a 15V output at 1A. Additionally, the IC should include functional safety features and have an internal MOSFET.

Hi Manohar,

we do not have a 4 switch buck boost with internal MOSFETs in the portfolio of our team. (Might be in another team in TI but this I do not know).

For an output power of 15W you can also use a SEPIC or Flyback topology. Here the LM5157-Q1 might be a good option.
