Hi Chuqiang,

We actually have a couple options here.

1.You can use this FAQ to make a passive RC model of the CD74HC4051-Q1 for your pspice simulation

2.Or you can use the pspice model for the TMUX1308-Q1 which is similar functionality to the CD74HC4051-Q1.It is located on the product page of the TMUX1308-q1
