TS3A27518E: Driving Input Pins while Unpowered

Tool/software:

Hi Folks,

Is it OK to drive a logic high on control inputs IN1, IN2 and EN pins of TS3A27518 while it is unpowered or powering on?

Would the limit be Abs-Max or some value related to Vdd?
