The application for this part is in LEO commercial space, is there risk of latch-up with this device?

Are there equivalent parts with radiation data or heritage?

Hello Ken,

The TMUX4157N doesn't have the latch-up immune feature, so there is a risk of a latch-up event.

Only our space rated multiplexers have radiation data. Currently we only have one which is the TMUX582F-SEP. It is also latch-up immune.
