Hello Chen,

We don't have an Snp file for this part. You can use capacitors and resistors based on datasheet values, to create a passive RC model to give approximate performance.

the two part is different, one is 36 pin, another is 42 pin

Hello Chen,

The pinout I attached is for the TS3DDR3812 device.
I am not sure where you got the pinout you shared, but from what it looks like it only includes the I/O pins of the same device.

The TS3DDR3812 has 36 I/O pins, 3 power and 3 logic.
