TMUX1208: Internal Clamp Diode on S and B Pins to VDD/VCC (TMUX1208 and SN74LVC1G3157)

Part Number: TMUX1208
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G3157

Tool/software:

It's implied by the data sheets that there is a clamp diode between the Sx and VDD pins of TMUX1208, and similarly Bx and VCC pins of SN74LVC1G3157 (the SN74LVC1G3157 mentions ABS MAX of -50mA clamp current). Can someone tell me the characteristics of these internal diodes?

My design may have ~0.3V delta (or more over tolerance/temp) from these switch pins to the voltage supply under certain conditions and wondering if there is a spec for Vf over temperature for these internal clamps. I've measured ~0.68-0.74V on these parts out of circuit at room temp using the diode test function of multimeter.
