Dear TI Team,

We are currently using the UCC14141QDWNRQ1 isolated DC-DC converter in our project, which is under PCB manufacturing process. However, due to recent manufacturing constraints, we face challenges with the SSOP package.

We want to inquire if it is possible to obtain the UCC14141QDWNRQ1 in a SOIC package instead. This change would greatly assist us in overcoming our current manufacturing issues and ensure continuity in our production line.

There is currently no plan to develop UCC14141-Q1 in an SOIC package.

Thanks for the reply on the mentioned query.

If the component is not available in the SOIC package, can you please suggest other modules that have the same electrical characteristics, which should not affect the design layout?

Please let me know if you need more information from my end.

All MV (mid-voltage) isolated modules, such as UCC14141-Q1 and MV derivatives will be in the SSOP package. UCC12050, UCC12051-Q1 is a 5V/5V isolated modules that is in SOIC.
