TMUX7612: Gamma Ray sterilization

one brief question:

does the multiplexer TMUX7612 got affected by one time gamma sterilization of 50kGray?

Background is we'd like to use one electronics with NTC's and one FRAM we have on an print, which got one time sterilized by 50kGray and then works in one sensor with normal envrionment. 

we can't use microcontroler as their memory got errazed by the gamma radiation but we still like to use some logic device, but we don't know for shure if they work within specifications after Gamma sterilization..

if the multiplexer got affected by the radiation, do you provide an Multiplexer IC which got not affected by gamma radiation?
