TMUX136: NipdAu plating

Tool/software:

Target device is TMUX136RSER

I need to confirm the material for mounting. This product is NiPdAu, and it is not an ENEPIG (electroless) finish, but rather an electrolytic plating of Ni/Pd/Au. Is this a correct understanding?

    Hello Daisuke,

    The lead finish/ball material is NIPDAU. 

    I am not sure what is an ENEPIG finish is, can you please explain? 

    We have this website going over the material details of the device.
