Sections 6.8 and 6.9 shows the same Ron of 390 ohm regardless if VDD is 12V or 36V? Figure 6-9 shows Vd has to be < 30V in order to fall on the 'flat' curve for VDD=32.4V. What is the equivalent for VDD=24V?

Hi Ken,
The reason why there ron is similar for both the 12V and 36V supply specifications in the datasheet is becuase ron is measured before the device ron reaches exponentially increases.
In addition the ron test of these devices are slightly different( vs range is different for the ron test of these devices.) That allows the specifications to look similar.
In addition our team doesnt have data for this device at 24V but is there a concern in your design when this device is used a 24V supply?
