TMUX1204: How is the maximum current defined if I have a capacitive load?

Part Number: TMUX1204

Tool/software:

I have 4 different voltages - 0.833V, 1.25V, 1.66V and 3.3V that are input to a 4:1 mulitplexer.

The output of the mux is connected to a series resistor of 30.1 ohm and a 68nF capacitor and I'm trying to understand whether or not I exceed the currnet rating.

A jump from 0 to 3.3V on the output means a peak current of 100mA that exceed sthe steady state rating, but a much smaller RMS current. Is this ok in terms of device reliability?
