TS5A3167: Leakage current when the supply is off

Tool/software:

Hello

TS5A3167 supports isolation in powered-OFF mode and it is defined like the below which is marked as yellow.

Is this leakage curret flow from "NC or COM" to GND(or VCC?)? or  "NC or COM" to "COM or NC"?
If it is "NC or COM" to GND(or VCC), it means there is always this leakage current.
If it is "NC or COM" to "COM or NC", it menas the actual leakage current depends on the what is connected to the pins.

  • Hello Satoshi,

This current leakage is the current flowing into our out of the NC/COM pins.
When powered off the switches are on high-Z, so there is no path from NC to COM, or vise versa.

Yes, the leakage current is dependent on the voltage connections on the pins, including the supply.

    Thanks,

    Nir
