Actually, we have identified a Vishay Part (DGQ2788AEN-T1-GE4) it is 0.1ns Propagation with Low size and Cost.

But we are looking for same part with Individual Select/Control lines.

Could you please share the Quad/Dual Channel Analog SPDT switch above same parts for my reference.

We don't have a part similar to this one. 

I am not sure what do you mean by individual control lines, will the TMUX1574 work? Its max propagation delay is 95pS.

We are looking for Analog Comparator with Dual/Quad/Hex channel OP-Amp.

1) Propagation delay - below 1ns is ok & below 0.5ns is better

2) Size - below 4.1mmx4.1mm

3) Cost - below 2 USD (100 nos)

4) Supply Voltage range - above 6V(Max)

5) Input common mode voltage - 6V(Max)

6) Output Swing - below 0.3V

In before I asked the SPDT analog switch, but now the requirement is below:

1) Voltage range - Max 5.5V

2) On-State resistance - below 1 Ohm

3) Output current - 100mA

4) Individual select/control lines

5) SMD

What do you mean by SMD?
