TMUX1574: Spike noise is observed

Hi, all.

Using the TMUX1574 PSpice model. 1.8Vpp pulse signal was input to D1 as shown above,
and the waveforms of S1A and S1B were taken.
Spike noise about 200mVpp was observed on S1B like cross talk noise.

Is it true or a problem with the PSpice model?

Hello,

The PSpice model is not 100% accurate representation of the device.
There will be slight differences between the behavior of the model and the part itself.

This is not a problem from the part, probably and slight misrepresentation of the cross talk in the model.
