Based on PO#TO5669441 part# TPS562242DRLR ,we have below questions ,can you assist to reply ?
1. Regarding label
Additional COO on the bottom left, Country Philippines is misspelled as "Philippine" . Can TI explain ?
Why NO location and country information for Wafer fab and Assembly site ? Following label is based on PO# TO5669441 !
2. Regarding die
We do 1 pc decap was performed but there is no MFR nor MPN observed in the die.
May I know why ? Pls explain . See the attached decap photos .
3. Regarding "fish sign“ on die!
I apprecaited to receive reply from you .
