What is the maximum current of the internal diode?

The datasheet shows Idc=50mA for high temperature; however, the link below tells a different story.

    Hello TICSC,

    The thread you are referencing was 5 years ago, since then the maximum current spec was updates. 

    Please refer to the updated Is and Id values as the maximum current ratings of the internal diode.
