We are currently working with the SN74LXC2T45 dual-bit level shifter in our design and needed to simulate its behavior. Since an official SPICE model does not appear to be available, we developed a behavioral model for simulation purposes. However, we are encountering some inconsistencies in the simulation results, particularly with direction control and voltage translation at lower supply levels.
To improve accuracy and reliability, we would like to know:
- Is there an SPICE model available for the SN74LXC2T45?
- Alternatively, could you provide an unencrypted model for the LSF0101, which offers similar level-shifting functionality?
Access to such a model would greatly help us validate our design and ensure proper integration.
