SN74LV4052A: Delay from A/B to Y and Com

Hi team

DS shows delay from INH to Y or COM, but customer's design is INH always low, and control by A/B.

Could you please check the enable and disable delay of A/B to Y? Could this delay refer to INH to Y or COM?
