TS3A4751: Requesting for spice model

We have finalized the use of the TS3A4751 analog switch in our design and are preparing for simulation. To proceed, we would like to request the SPICE model for this part.

Please let us know if a model is available or if there is an equivalent that can be used for simulation purposes.

Hi Harin,

A model doesn't exist for this part.
It would probably be best to create a discrete model using the RON and CON since the device behaves as a resistor with some capacitance when turned on.
