I have a question about this SN74LVC16T245DGGR integrated circuit.
I have the integrated circuit on a PCB, and I would like to know if it is possible to change the inputs and outputs whenever I want, that is, if I set a pin bank as an input and once I obtain the data, change that signal bank as outputs, could this be changed immediately using the OE and DIR signals according to the truth table on page 14 of the datasheet, or would I have to reset the chip to establish the change? Or how could I control those inputs/outputs to operate bidirectionally?
