Hi Deemo,

You can use another NFBGA IBIS model to find these. It should be a close approximation.
The TMUX9832 may be the best choice here:

We can also split the CON between the Source and Drain and put 0.75pF on each side of the switch instead of 1.5pF on each.
Technically, it won't be as symmetrical, but for an approximation, it will do
