    Hi,

    Some differences for TPS54620 and TPS54623: 

    Both devices come from same family so lots of similarities, like same vin + temp + fsw range, control mode, FETs, current rating, VQFN package.

    Some differences are Vref, and 2 new features included on TPS54623:

    - Light Load Efficient With Pulse Skip feature -> good if customer cares for light load

    - Hiccup mode during OC condition -> helps to reduce the device power dissipation

    We do have newer device like TPS543X20 they can look at to, comes in 3A, 6A, 8A.
