Regarding the TS3A4751RUCR, most units only connect NO4 and COM4 when IN4 is set to H. However, very rarely (roughly 1 in 20 units), setting IN4 to H not only connects NO4 and COM4 but also connects them to 5V.
Have you encountered this phenomenon before or received any reports about it?
