TS3L110: is there a SP4T device for switching 4 ports 100M ethernet LAN signals ?

Unfortunately, we don't have a single device that does SP4T for Ethernet LAN signals. Your best option would be a multi-chip solution. Something like the TS3L501E x 2 and tying the outputs together would work. You can utilize the PD input and SEL pin to create the 4:1 function.
