Hi Katy,

It looks like we can not import the HSPICE model to PSPICE model. Do you have guide using it?

Or if we would like to simulate the ON state, do you have recommended equivalent RLC circuit?

Hi Roy,

It sounds like you tried to import the .lib file into PSPICE and it did not work?

If that is the case, then we recommend modeling this device following the instructions on our FAQ on this topic!
