TS3DV621as HDMI Splitter?

Hi,

I'm looking for a HDMI Splitter IC to distribute an hdmi Signal at two Displays at the samt time. I find the TS3DV621, but I'm not sure, if there is possible, to switch the input to both Ports A and B at the same time. In datasheet is this possibility not specified.

Is this possible or should I use another IC for my problem.

    Lars,

    I think the TS3DV621 can only be used as a mux.  No way to have to displays at the same time.  

    I think the secondary problem of a splitter application is management of the EDID.  Say you have two monitors one higher res than the other.  How does the HDMI transmitter know which EDID into use or do you default to a lower res.  Certainly the TS3DV621 does not have this intelligence.
