Hello My name is Hidetoshi Matusnami.

I would like to ask you the value of "Peak on resistance" and "Turn-on time” for TS3A24159 Date Sheet.

The value of "Peak on resistance" and "Turn-on time” under 1.8V Supply are value@Ta=25℃ < value@Ta=Full for TS3A24157 Date Sheet.

But the value of "Peak on resistance" and "Turn-on time” under 1.8V Supply are value@Ta=25℃ > value@Ta=Full for TS3A24159 Date Sheet.

Could I have you confirm whether these values are correct?

The TS5A24159 specs seem to be a mistake.

It looks like the peak on resistance max numbers should be switched and the peak turn on time should be 80 instead of 30.

I will have this checked out and corrected.

Hello Hidetoshi,

Thank you for pointing this out. In the 1.8 V section the following values will be changed. Peak Ron Max for 25 C will be 0.7 ohm instead of 0.9 ohm and the Ton Max across FULL temp will be changed to 80 ns.
