Looking to confirm if the TS3DDR3642 currently in "Preview" status is available to support immediate engineering work to prototype a design followed by a ramp to modest volumes by the summer of 2014.  If so, is it possible to get the full data sheet.  Only a product preview is posted to the www as of Feb 21/14.  Release to production time frame would also be helpful.

Also looking to confirm if the TS3DDR3642 will be pin compatible with the TS3DDR3812.  I understand both parts are in the same package but the pin out of the TS3DDR3642 is not provided in the posted documentation.

    Hello EngH060,

    I am looking into confirming the exact dates that are planned for full datasheet and product release.  I believe it is currently slated for late this month or early next month.

    As for the pin-out, the TS3DDR3642 will be much different than the TS3DDR3812.  If you look at the TS3DDR3812 pin-out, the B and channels will overlap.  In the TS3DDR3642 the B and C channels are grouped together to simplify layout design.
