Our customer reported us that the BQ24392 is rarely detected wrongly as SDP which when connecting open
USB cable but have VBUS=5V. (It should be Not connected and the most of the cases do so.)
Wavefrom as below,

In this cases probes at another end of USB cables, so it shows insertion delay(<100ms)
Due to open cable, no one pulls down DP, but in this case somehow pulled down, and then it seems goes to
primary detection.
Basically we doubt measurement enrironment of customer, but could you let us know if there is a
possibility that the BQ24392 pulls down DP?
