TS3USB221ERSER Package Question

Hello,

I used the TS3USB221ERSER in one of my designs and we got 2 diffrent device markings on the USB Switch (LGR / LGO) 

The design with the LGO marking works well, but the one with the LGR marking dosnt switch.

I can messure my input signal on D+(8) / D-(7) and it works on 1D+(1) / 1D-(2) output.
when i pull up the switch pin(9) to +3,3V(Vcc) it shut down the 1D+ / 1D- pins, but dosnt switch on 2D+(3) / 2D-(4).
-> Theres no output signal, but I`m still able to messure my input signal on D+ / D-.

So theres a diffrent between the LGO and LGR marking? 
If the datasheet is right, the chips should be 100% the same
